NAZOVIN temporarily relieves nasal congestion in colds, sinusitis and otitis media. NAZOVIN contains xylometazoline which when applied locally narrows the blood vessels in the nose reducing swelling and congestion of the nasal mucosa. The effect of xylometazoline begins within 5 to 10 minutes after application and lasts for up to 10 hours.
