- A rate of R8 per kilometer is charged.
- The distance is rounded up to the nearest whole kilometer to calculate the shipping cost.
- Outside of 50km from the Pharmacy:
- A flat rate of R480 is charged for orders that are beyond a 50km radius from Westham Pharmacy.
Important Notes:
- Delivery Radius: We calculate the distance based on the most direct route via roadways.
- Rounding Up: When calculating shipping within 50km, we round up the distance to the nearest whole kilometer. For example, if your delivery location is 42.5km from the pharmacy, you will be charged for a 43km delivery.
- Multiple Items: If you order multiple items, the shipping cost is calculated based on the total distance for all items combined.
- Estimated Delivery Times: Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location and order volume. We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, and delivery times will depend on the courier service we use for your area.
- Delivery Partners: We work with reputable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to track your package’s progress.
- International Shipping: At this time, we only offer shipping within South Africa. We do not provide international shipping services.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are in addition to the product prices and any applicable taxes.
